Custom sourcing is a powerful feature that allows you to request unique or tailored products for your e-commerce business. Whether it’s a custom design, an ODM/OEM product, a new color or packaging variation, or even a product idea that doesn’t yet exist, Peregrine Ship’s sourcing team takes care of the entire process. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Create a Custom Sourcing Request

  • Log in to your Peregrine Ship account and navigate to the Custom Sourcing section.

  • Submit your request with detailed specifications. Examples include:

    • Custom designs or logos.

    • ODM/OEM products tailored to your requirements.

    • New color or packaging modifications for an existing product.

    • A description of a product that doesn’t currently exist.

Tip: The more details you provide, the better the sourcing results.

Step 2: Sourcing Team Research

  • Peregrine Ship’s experienced sourcing team begins researching potential factories and suppliers in China.

  • The team performs all necessary checks, including:

    • Factory credibility.

    • Product quality assurance.

    • Compliance with your specifications.

Step 3: Quotation and Approval

  • Once the sourcing team identifies the best option, they will:

    • Prepare a quotation including pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and turnaround time (TAT).

    • Send the quotation to you via Intercom for review.

  • If you approve the offer, you can confirm the order to proceed.

Step 4: Deposit Payment

  • After approval, Peregrine Ship deducts a 30% deposit from your account balance to begin the production or procurement process.

Step 5: Quality Checks and Inventory Confirmation

  • Once the products arrive at Peregrine Ship’s warehouse, the team:

    • Conducts thorough quality inspections to ensure the products meet your requirements.

    • Confirms stock availability in inventory.

Step 6: Final Payment and Fulfillment

  • After the warehouse confirmation, Peregrine Ship deducts the remaining 70% of the agreed price from your account balance.

  • The products are now available in your inventory for order fulfillment.
