Step 1: Navigate to the Inventory Tab
Log in to your Peregrine Ship account.
Go to the Inventory Tab on the dashboard.
Step 2: Select Add Inventory
Click on Add Inventory to begin the process.
⚠️ Please Note: This process is for clients who have their own Chinese supplier and want to ship products to our warehouse.
Step 3: Provide Product Details
Select Products: Choose the products you want to add from the list.
Select Variants: If the product has multiple variants (e.g., size, color), select the appropriate variant.
Enter Quantity: Specify how many units of each product variant you are sending.
This information allows our team to track incoming shipments and properly update the inventory upon arrival.
Step 4: Shipping and Tracking Information
Provide the tracking number and any relevant shipping details. This information allows Peregrine Ship to anticipate the arrival of goods and update inventory upon receipt.
Step 5: Inventory Verification Upon Arrival
Once the products arrive at our warehouse, they will undergo quality control (QC) inspections.
After QC is completed, the inventory will be updated in the system within 2-3 hours.
The system will automatically sync inventory updates with your Shopify store in real time.
⚠️ Important Note: If products fail QC, they may require further action, which will be communicated to you via the platform.
Step 7: Review and Confirm Inventory
Navigate to the Inventory Tab to monitor product quantities and statuses.
Use filters to view products by stock status (e.g., low stock, in transit).
