Managing your orders efficiently ensures smooth processing and timely fulfillment. This guide explains how to navigate, track, and edit order details within the Peregrine Ship platform.

Step 1: Navigate to the Orders Tab

  1. Log in to your Peregrine Ship account.

  2. Go to the Orders Tab from the dashboard.

Here, you will find an overview of all current and past orders, their statuses, and key details such as order value and tracking information.

Step 2: Understanding Order Details

Each order entry displays the following information:

  • Order Number: A unique identifier for the order.

  • Products: The items included in the order.

  • Store: The connected store from which the order was received.

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer.

  • Tracking Number: The assigned tracking ID for shipment.

  • Order Value: The total value of the order.

  • Peregrine Cost: The total cost for order processing, fulfillment, and any product costs.

  • Status: The current status of the order (e.g., Processing, Fulfilled).

Step 3: Order Statuses Explained

  • Processing: The order has been received and is being prepared for fulfillment.

  • Fulfilled: The order has been shipped, and tracking information is available.

  • On Hold: There may be an issue requiring attention before the order can proceed.

Step 4: Editing Order Details

If there is a mistake in the order details (such as incorrect product quantities or addresses), you can edit them before the order is fulfilled.

Steps to Edit an Order:

  1. Select the order from the list.

  2. Click Edit Order.

  3. Make the necessary changes to product details, shipping address, or any customer information.

  4. Save the changes to update the order.

โš ๏ธ Important Note: Once the order status changes to Fulfilled, editing is no longer possible.

Step 5: Tracking Orders

  1. View the tracking number directly in the Orders Tab.

  2. Click the tracking link to check the shipment status.

  3. Stay updated on estimated delivery times through real-time tracking.

  4. Tracking Numbers are automaticly sync to your Shopify Store and marked as a fulfilled.
