How It Works
Once your store is connected through the “My Stores” tab, you can:
View all connected Shopify stores
Sync products with one click
Automatically import product names, variants, and images
Use synced products for quoting, fulfillment, or warehouse inventory
Step-by-Step: How to Sync Products
1. Go to “My Stores”
Log in to your Peregrine Ship account
Navigate to the My Stores tab in the sidebar
2. Connect your Shopify store (if not yet connected)
Click “Connect Store”
Authorize Peregrine to access your store’s product data
3. Click “Sync Products”
Once your store is linked, click the “Sync Products” button
All active products from your store will be imported into My Products
Step 4: Select and Sync
Check the boxes next to the products you want to sync
Click “Sync Selected”
The products will appear in My Products with synced data
🏷️ SKU Management
When you sync a product from your Shopify store:
A unique Peregrine SKU will be generated in our system
This SKU is used for warehouse management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment operations
If you are using Peregrine Ship as your only warehouse,
we highly recommend adding this Peregrine SKU to your product variant SKU field in Shopify for:
Seamless product identification
Accurate order syncing
Avoiding duplicates and confusion between systems
